ANNUAL COMPANY LEVY FOR 2021

The Department of Registrar of Companies hereby announces the adoption of a new Law, according to which, the deadline for payment of the Annual Levy by registered companies for the year 2021 is extended until 31 December 2021 no of the additional charge will be imposed.
The above Law shall be deemed to have entered into force on 30 June 2021.
